Mascarene is comprised of luxury residences offering spacious three or four ensuite bedroom apartments.

We have furnished and equipped the apartments. More precisely, we were in charge of the decoration, the interior design as well as the design of the floors and walls, sanitary facilities, taps and lights.
​
The aim was to offer a modern and luxurious space that integrates perfectly with the outside.

Technical Drawings
We bring your vision to life by developing detailed plans and coordinating with various design offices to refine the final details of the interior design, thus facilitating the creation of the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). We ensure the delivery of electrical, tiling and sanitary plans with precision. The meticulous positioning of the furniture and the creation of a detailed tailor-made book complete our commitment to offering you an exceptionally designed space, where every detail finds its place with care and precision.

Budget, Orders & Execution
Our team meticulously plans orders, ensuring smooth management of the process. We work in close collaboration with partner companies, control the execution files and provide dedicated support until the final installation of the project. Our commitment is to create not only exceptional spaces, but also a unique experience for guests.
