B2G DESIGN is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights relating to these elements, either by original title or by the effect of a licence or express authorisation.

 

The use of all or part of these elements, in particular by downloading, reproduction, representation, distribution etc. for purposes other than personal and private use for non-commercial purposes by the Internet user is strictly prohibited. Infringement of B2G DESIGN's rights exposes its author to sanctions and, in particular, to those provided for by the Intellectual Property Code with regard, in particular, to the counterfeiting of copyrights (article L. 335-1 et seq.), designs and models (article L. 521-1 et seq.), patents (article L. 615-1 et seq.) and trademarks (article L. 716-1 et seq.) as well as by the Civil Code with regard to civil liability (article 1382 et seq.).

3. In the context of the use of the site, B2G DESIGN may collect personal data relating to Internet users, necessary for registration on the site for any exchange with the latter, such as, in particular: title, surname, first name, email address and password, telephone number, etc.

 

No personal data is collected without the consent of the Internet user. The Internet user is in no way obliged to transmit personal data to B2G DESIGN.

However, in case of refusal, B2G DESIGN will not be able to answer its messages. 

 

The information thus communicated by the Internet user must be complete, accurate and up to date. Otherwise, B2G DESIGN will not be able to follow up on the user's requests.

 

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, data files and liberties, the collection and processing of personal data relating to the Internet user has been declared to the CNIL (n°1691075). Each Internet user has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning him/her collected and processed by B2G DESIGN.
